Austrian Association for Contemporary Art and Music

The cooperation began in November 2007 when the first workshop was organized by HIM, AACAM and the Austrian Embassy in Damascus. Austrian Composer Stefan Höll worked with the students on contemporary composition and soon HIM Director Atthil Hamdan, Professors and students as well agreed that regular workshops were not only enriching but useful as well for everybody. Professor Taha was supporting the project as a Professor and as Syrian composer from the very beginning. An audiovisual documentation of the workshop is available.
